Customer accounts and shipment information
When you create an account, FlashRoute stores your personal or business account type, name, company name if provided, verified email, phone number, address, user ID and account number. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes, not as readable passwords. Email verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Secure session cookies keep you signed in and are removed when you sign out.
Shipment tracking and notifications
Your private dashboard shows shipments assigned to your verified email. Public tracking displays shipment status, reported location, estimated delivery and shipment history for the entered tracking number. It does not display customer contact details, internal notes or account credentials. FlashRoute maintains manually entered shipment records and administrator audit records. An email or SMS service may process recipient contact information to deliver account verification codes and shipment messages when configured.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts the website and database and may process technical request information to serve and secure the service. Request limits help protect account sign-in and tracking. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts or collect online payments.

For questions about your information, account corrections or deletion requests, email flashroute0@gmail.com. Operational shipment and security records may need to be retained to resolve delivery enquiries and protect the service.
